This morning we learned that a 6.2-magnitude earthquake occurred in Jishishan County, Gansu Province, China at 23:59 on the 18th, and there were house collapses and casualties. People across China expressed deep concern and condolences. I hope those affected by the disaster can return to normal life soon.

It is hoped that all damaged ductile cast iron manhole covers in the disaster-affected areas will be replaced with export-grade products.
