There are two manufacturing technologies for producing concrete pipe mold pallets/bottom rings/bottom trays: casting technology and punching/stamping technology. However, in my opinion, the casting technology is better than punching technology. Because the pallets/bottom ring/bottom tray made from casting technology has the characteristics of a much more strong structure, much more rigid, much more wear-resistance, and much more life.
In the picture, it is a kind of reverse structure concrete pipe mold pallets/bottom rings/bottom trays. The roughness of the working surface is about Ra2.0, and Ra5.0 on the non-working surface. Material is above ZG40#.
