Description

The middle groove is the most important part of the scraper conveyor, and it is also the main carrier for the scraper conveyor to transport coal and other materials. According to production process, there is two kinds of type: welded middle groove and cast middle groove. The cast middle groove is produced by the monolithic casting technology.

Gravity casting refers to the process of injecting molten metal into a mold under the action of the earth's gravity, also known as casting. Gravity casting in a broad sense includes sand casting, metal casting, investment casting, mud casting, etc.; gravity casting in a narrow sense refers specifically to metal casting.

The above product is produced with gravity casting by monolithic casting technology

Our casting factory is in the leading position in domestic coal mining machinery market, covering about 45000 square meters. We can produce carbon steel casting and alloy steel casting with its unit weight from 20Kgs to 10000Kgs. The annual output of casting is 20000 tons of steel castings, 300 tons of aluminum castings. Products has been exported to more than 10 countries such as America, Britain, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Australia, Turkey and so on.
