The advantages of the low nitrogen gas fired boiler series are mainly in the following aspects:
Special boiler structure ensures adequate space for reflow of flue gas. The furnace volumetric heat load is controlled within a reasonable range and is suitable for various types of combustion. The flue pipe layout is optimized to solve the problem of flue gas velocity after flue gas recirculation. The water level in the boiler is stable, further reducing the unstable combustion probability.
Harmful substances carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the tail flue of waste heat recovery from condensation combine with condensate to form corresponding acid, and discharge with condensate, so that the harmful components of flue gas carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides content is further reduced, to meet the national first-class regional standards, in line with the national environmental protection development policy.
There is no special requirement for the installation site and the later maintenance of the system. The flue gas external circulation structure only needs to add the circulating pipe from the flue to the burner, which can be simply connected; the site installation guarantees the thermal insulation and reliable fixation, and the condensate drain is installed at the bottom of the pipe.
