8mm thin-walled cast steel concrete pipe manhole cover pallet bottom ring/tray

The bottom ring, or bottom tray, or bottom pallet, is a key part of reinforced concrete/cement pipe/manhole cover production. It is used for supporting/lifting the steel cage, the pipe mold, and all the concretes during the production of a pipe/manhole cover, after finishing the production of a pipe/manhole cover, the bottom pallets/bottom ring/bottom tray will still support the reinforced concrete/cement pipe till the pipe is completely cured, and then the pallets/ring/tray will be taken down and reused in another next circulation.

Botnhringurinn/brettin/bakkinn getur verið úr steypu stáli, sveigjanlegu steypujárni/hnúðulaga steypujárni/kúlugrafítsteypujárni, eða gatað/spennt/stimplað.

Fyrirtækið okkar er mjög hæft og reynslumikið í framleiðslu á steyptum pípumótbrettum/botnhringjum/botnbakka. Við höfum framleitt meira en 7000 stk af botnbrettum sem ná yfir stærðarbilið frá 300 mm til 2100 mm fyrir erlenda viðskiptavini okkar frá Ástralíu og Ítalíu og svo framvegis.
