Maikling panimula:

The bottom ring, or bottom tray, or bottom pallet, is a key part of reinforced concrete/cement pipe/manhole cover production. It is used for supporting/lifting the steel cage, the pipe mold, and all the concretes during the production of a pipe/manhole cover, after finishing the production of a pipe/manhole cover, the bottom pallets/bottom ring/bottom tray will still support the reinforced concrete/cement pipe till the pipe is completely cured, and then the pallets/ring/tray will be taken down and reused in another next circulation.

Ang ilalim na singsing/pallet/tray ay maaaring gawa sa cast steel, ductile cast iron/nodular cast iron/spheroidal graphite cast iron, o sinuntok/stressed/stamped.

Ang aming kumpanya ay napakahusay at may karanasan sa paggawa ng concrete pipe mold pallets/bottom rings/bottom trays. Gumawa kami ng higit sa 7000pcs ng bottom pallet na sumasaklaw sa hanay ng laki mula 300mm hanggang 2100mm para sa aming mga customer sa ibang bansa mula sa Australia at Italy at iba pa.
