8mm thin-walled cast steel concrete pipe manhole cover pallet bottom ring/tray

နိဒါန်းအကျဉ်း

The bottom ring, or bottom tray, or bottom pallet, is a key part of reinforced concrete/cement pipe/manhole cover production. It is used for supporting/lifting the steel cage, the pipe mold, and all the concretes during the production of a pipe/manhole cover, after finishing the production of a pipe/manhole cover, the bottom pallets/bottom ring/bottom tray will still support the reinforced concrete/cement pipe till the pipe is completely cured, and then the pallets/ring/tray will be taken down and reused in another next circulation.

အောက်ခြေလက်စွပ်/pallets/ဗန်းအား သွန်းသံမဏိ၊ ပျော့ပျောင်းသောသွန်းသံ/nodular သွန်းသံ/ spheroidal ဂရပ်ဖိုက်သွန်းသံ၊ သို့မဟုတ် ထုဆစ်ထားသော/အလေးပေးထားသော/တံဆိပ်တုံးဖြင့် ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သည်။

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ကုမ္ပဏီသည် ကွန်ကရစ်ပိုက်မှိုများ/အောက်ခြေကွင်းများ/အောက်ခြေဗန်းများ ထုတ်လုပ်ရာတွင် အလွန်ကျွမ်းကျင်ပြီး အတွေ့အကြုံရှိပါသည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် သြစတြေးလျနှင့် အီတလီတို့မှ နိုင်ငံရပ်ခြားရှိ ဖောက်သည်များအတွက် 300mm မှ 2100mm အထိ အရွယ်အစားအကွာအဝေးကို ဖုံးအုပ်ထားသည့် အောက်ခြေ pallets 7000 ကျော်ကို ထုတ်လုပ်ထားပါသည်။

အလုပ်လုပ်သော မျက်နှာပြင် ကြမ်းတမ်းမှု	≦Ra3.2	ထုတ်လုပ်မှုနည်းပညာ	ပုံသွန်းခြင်း၊ နှိမ့်ချခြင်း၊ ဂဟေဆော်ခြင်း၊ စက်ပြုပြင်ခြင်း။
